Regular Season Round 3: FMP - Partizan NiS 90-103

One of the most interesting games of round 3 was a derby match between two teams from Serbia. The game took place in Beograd where Partizan NiS won against host FMP (1-2) 103-90. It was a great evening for American guard Codi Miller-McIntyre (191-94, college: Wake Forest) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points and 4 assists. Forward Rade Zagorac (205-95, agency: BeoBasket) helped adding 15 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was guard Nemanja Nenadic (197-94) with 26 points and point guard Filip Covic (178-89, agency: Interperformances) scored 16 points and 9 assists. Five Partizan NiS and four FMP players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Partizan NiS will meet at home Cedevita Olimpija (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. FMP will play against Buducnost (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
