Regular Season Round 5: IK Eos - AIK Basket 96-81

Undefeated leader IK Eos delivered the fifth consecutive victory. This time they beat 6th ranked AIK Basket (1-3) 96-81 in Lund. The game was mostly controlled by IK Eos. AIK Basket was better in second period 22-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. IK Eos players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Guard Joel Svensson (185-96) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points and 5 assists. Forward Andreas Von-Uthmann (197-96) contributed with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Tunde Vahlberg (197-4) answered with 20 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Mario Blazevic (180-93) added 10 points and 13 assists in the effort for AIK Basket. Four AIK Basket players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. IK Eos (5-0) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with a perfect record of 5 victories in a row.
