Regular Season Round 4: Tromso - Asker Aliens 102-61

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both sixth ranked Tromso and one of their biggest challengers Asker Aliens had identical 2-1 record. This time Tromso used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from Asker 102-61 on Sunday night. They outrebounded Asker Aliens 44-23 including a 37-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Tromso looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Asker Aliens' players. American-Nigerian forward Anthony Elechi (203-93, college: Morehead St.) fired a double-double by scoring 21 points, 22 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. American-Jamaican power forward Phil Henry (203-91, college: ENMU) chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds. Elechi is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Tromso players scored in double figures. Tromso's coach Sergio Vicente felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. American guard Joshua Hart (194-90, college: Va Intermont) produced 32 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Ludvig Bergh (177-98) added 18 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Tromso (3-1) moved-up to third place, which they share with Baerum Basket and Kongsberg. Loser Asker Aliens dropped to the sixth position with two games lost. Tromso will face Baerum Basket (#4) in Bekkestua in the next round. Asker Aliens will play at home against Kongsberg and hope to win that game.
