Regular Season Round 4: PBB - Leon 78-69

There was an upset in Porrino where much higher ranked Leon (1-1) was defeated by top-ranked PBB (1-0) 78-69 on Saturday. It was a key game for the second position in Group A-C. Worth to mention a great performance of Jorge Cabaleiro (192-96) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Lucas Vaquero (185-89) who added 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side point guard Jesus Gonzalez (187-98) responded with 17 points and swingman Marcos Fernandez (191-99) scored 15 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. PBB left bottom position moving up to second place in Group A-C, which they share with Obradoiro S. Loser Leon dropped to the fourth position with one game lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
