Regular Season Round 9: Pardubice - Decin 87-75

Very predictable result when fourth ranked Pardubice (4-6) won against at home 11th ranked Decin (2-5) 87-75 on Friday. Pardubice looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a good game for the former international point guard Tomas Vyoral (190-92, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 assists. American swingman TJ Dunans (196-92, college: Auburn) contributed with 17 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Five Pardubice players scored in double figures. Point guard Ondrej Siska (190-93) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 assists and Simon Jezek (190-90) added 20 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Decin. Decin's coach Tomas Grepl rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Despite that victory Pardubice went down to seventh position due to points difference. Loser Decin keeps the eleventh place with five games lost. Pardubice will face Kralovsti sokoli (#9) in Hradec Kralove in the next round. Decin will play at home against the league's second-placed Opava where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
