Rather expected game when bottom-ranked CB Queluz (0-3) was defeated at home by fifth ranked Olhanense (2-1) 58-54 on Saturday. American forward Sterling Christy (201-96, college: Walsh) had a double-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard Tre Bowman (196-91, college: Iona) chipped in 23 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was Cleudir Rocha with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and swingman Jose Saccas (-99) scored 8 points. CB Queluz's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Olhanense moved-up to third place. CB Queluz at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with three games lost. Olhanense will face Chamusca (#7) in the next round. CB Queluz will play against Benfica B and hopes to get finally their first victory.
