Not a big story in a game in Helsinki where 11th ranked MuKi (2-4) was rolled over by top-ranked LoKoKo Bisons (6-0) 92-65 on Sunday. The game without a history. LoKoKo Bisons led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to MuKi's 28. They outrebounded MuKi 47-30 including a 33-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. LoKoKo Bisons looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. American forward Jalen Canty (203-95, college: UCSB) had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and Juho-Matti Henttonen (202-96) chipped in 17 points and 9 rebounds during the contest (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). LoKoKo Bisons' coach Darko Mihajlovic felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was point guard Joonas Timonen (189-0) with 16 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Markus Rautasalo (180-0) scored 11 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. LoKoKo Bisons keeps a position of 1st Division leader. Loser MuKi dropped to the eighth place with four games lost. LoKoKo Bisons will face Raiders Basket (#5) in Jarvenpaa in the next round.
