Swingman Luis Duarte (190-94) nailed 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and Colombian power forward Luis Almanza (196-91) accounted for 11 points and 7 rebounds. Gigantes' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Power forward Jesus Martinez (206-86) came up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Humberto Bompart (183-94) added 16 points and 5 assists respectively for Gladiadores in the defeat.
