The game in Kolin was also quite interesting. 4th ranked Brno (5-3) played at the court of fifth ranked Kolin (6-3). Kolin did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 83-64 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Brno. The winners were led by American forward Lee Skinner (198-92, college: Wofford) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and the other American import guard Devante Wallace (196-92, college: High Point) supported him with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Even 15 points and 5 rebounds by international center Simon Pursl (204-97, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Brno. Bulgarian forward Aleksandar Yanev-Georgiev (203-90, agency: 011 Sports) added 15 points and 5 rebounds. Brno's coach Lubomir Ruzicka tested eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Kolin moved-up to third place. Brno at the other side dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. Kolin will meet at home league's leader Nymburk in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Brno will play against Olomoucko (#12) in Prostejov and hope to secure a win.
