Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked Giessen 2 and 6th ranked Muenchen 2 had identical 3-3 record. This time Giessen 2 used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Muenchen 79-72 on Saturday night. Giessen 2 forced 19 Muenchen 2 turnovers. The best player for the winners was Tim Uhlemann (203-99) who scored 33 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds. The former international Johannes Lischka (203-87) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. Loser Muenchen 2 keeps the sixth position with four games lost. They share it with Karlsruhe.
