Regular Season Round 15: USK Praha - Kolin 84-76

Everything went according to plan when third ranked USK Praha (10-5) defeated at home 6th ranked Kolin (7-6) 84-76 on Wednesday. They outrebounded Kolin 47-27 including a 33-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for forward Patrick Samoura (197-0, college: Cochise CC) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists. Forward Jan Sterba (195-95) accounted for 12 points and 16 rebounds for the winning side. American guard Devante Wallace (196-92, college: High Point) came up with 22 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import forward Lee Skinner (198-92, college: Wofford) added 10 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Kolin in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for USK Praha. They maintain third place with 10-5 record having just two points less than leader Nymburk. Kolin lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. USK Praha will meet Svitavy (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Kolin will play against NH Ostrava (#11) and hope to secure a win.
