Leader Gunma delivered the twenty third victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed 6th ranked Yamagata (10-15) 94-51. Gunma made 23-of-26 free shots (88.5 percent) during the game, while Yamagata only scored six points from the stripe. Gunma had a 33-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Yamagata's players. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Gunma (23-2) have an impressive series of twenty one victories in a row. They maintain first place. Loser Yamagata keeps the sixth position with 15 games lost.
