There was a small surprise when thirteenth ranked Biella (3-9) won against on the road 10th ranked Treviglio (4-7) 95-83 on Thursday. Biella made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. It was a good game for naturalized Polish power forward Jakub Wojciechowski (214-90) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Marco Lagana (197-93) contributed with 25 points and 4 assists for the winners. Biella's coach Iacopo Squarcina used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. American point guard JJ Frazier (178-95, college: Georgia) answered with 25 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and Slovenian forward Mitja Nikolic (200-91) added 16 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Treviglio.
