There was a minor upset when 8th ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (7-7) lost to tenth ranked Hasharon (6-10) in Ramat Hasharon 72-82 on Thursday. They made 30-of-38 free shots (78.9 percent) during the game. Hasharon had a 35-24 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Hasharon made 7 blocks. Ironi Kiryat Ata was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for American forward Christian Cunningham (201-97, college: JSU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 13 rebounds and 4 blocks.
