Arka Gdynia cruised past Sosnowiec to secure the second straight win. Arka Gdynia outrebounded Sosnowiec 47-32 including a 38-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Sosnowiec's players. Greek forward Artemis Spanou (187-93, college: RMU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Lithuanian power forward Laura Miskiniene-Svaryte (190-92) contributed with 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Arka Gdynia's coach Gundars Vetra felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American power forward Tori Jarosz (189-92, college: Marist) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds and her fellow American import guard Jessica January (170-95, college: DePaul) added 15 points in the effort for Sosnowiec.
