An interesting game took place in Zaragoza where 11th ranked Zaragoza (10-16) was upset on its own court by fourteenth ranked Movil Estudiantes (8-17) 113-104 on Saturday. Movil Estudiantes dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Zaragoza's 46. They outrebounded Zaragoza 44-33 including 17 on the offensive glass. Movil Estudiantes looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for Dominican forward Angel Delgado (206-94, college: Seton Hall) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 20 rebounds. Puerto Rican point guard J.J. Barea (183-84, college: Northeastern) helped adding 18 points and 7 assists. The best for the losing side was German center Elias Harris (203-89, college: Gonzaga, agency: BeoBasket) with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) and Argentinian forward Nicolas Brussino (202-93) scored 29 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Five Movil Estudiantes and four Zaragoza players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Movil Estudiantes maintains fourteenth place with 8-17 record. Zaragoza lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the twelfth position with 16 games lost. Movil Estudiantes will face league's second-placed FC Barcelona on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
