Regular Season Round 19: Evreux - Quimper 86-83

Important game to mention about took place in Evreux. Ninth ranked ALM Evreux (9-7) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 4th placed Quimper UJAP (10-5) 86-83 on Friday evening. ALM Evreux players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. It was a good game for American guard Austin Tilghman (185, college: Monmouth) who led his team to a victory with 22 points. His fellow American import power forward Amadou Sidibe (203-94, college: Fairfield, agency: Players Group) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Four ALM Evreux players scored in double figures. American David Jackson (192-86, college: W.Illinois) answered with 20 points and 5 rebounds and DR Congolese forward Junior Etou (201-94, college: Tulsa) added 13 points in the effort for Quimper UJAP. Quimper UJAP's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. ALM Evreux moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Vichy Clermont and Denain. Quimper UJAP at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. ALM Evreux will play against Saint Chamond (#15) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Quimper UJAP will play against Souffelweyersheim (#13) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
