Bulgarian guard Borislav Mladenov (195-0, agency: Interperformances) stepped up and scored 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and point guard Eugenio Rivali (178-86) chipped in 9 points and 6 assists. Rimini's coach Massimo Bernardi used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest.
