Ashdod rallied past Ramat Gan in the opening game of the Finals. The game was mostly controlled by Ashdod. Maccabi Ramat Gan managed to win fourth quarter 23-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of center Danielle Adams (185-89, college: Texas A&M) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 15 rebounds. Point guard Alexis Peterson (173-95, college: Syracuse) contributed with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners. Center Khaalia Hillsman (197-96, college: Texas A&M) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and guard Shaqwedia Wallace (175-89, college: Temple, agency: LBM Management) added 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Maccabi Ramat Gan. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
