Rustavi toppled Cactus to gain the lead in the series. Cactus were ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 56-43 second half run of Rustavi. They outrebounded Cactus 46-34 including 33 on the defensive glass. American forward JyLan Washington (206-97, college: Tennessee St., agency: Interperformances) nailed a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import guard Mike Davis (193-96, college: Queens, NC) accounted for 22 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. American forward AJ Sumbry (203-94, college: Wagner) came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and international guard Sandro Sanadze (190-95) added 20 points and 5 assists respectively for Cactus in the defeat. Four Rustavi and five Cactus players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
