Finals Game 3: Promitheas - AEK 80-81

AEK nipped Promitheas to take 2-1 lead in the consolation Finals. The guests trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 81-80. AEK looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a great evening for Angolan center Yanick Moreira (211-91, college: SMU, agency: BeoBasket) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points and 7 rebounds. International point guard Nikos Gkikas (186-90, agency: Octagon Europe) helped adding 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was the former international guard Michalis Lountzis (195-98, agency: Network Sports International) with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists and Puerto Rican guard Gian Clavell (193-93, college: Colorado St.) scored 22 points. Four Promitheas players scored in double figures.
