Maccabi Tel Aviv rallied past Hapoel Eilat to secure the Finals berth. Maccabi T-A outrebounded Hapoel Eilat 38-26 including 23 on the defensive glass. 24 personal fouls committed by Hapoel Eilat helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American point guard Chris Jones (188-93, college: Angelo St.) who scored 27 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. American-Turkish guard Scottie Wilbekin (188-93, college: Florida, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 15 points and 5 assists. Maccabi T-A's coach Giannis Sfairopoulos used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. American swingman Casey Prather (198-91, college: Florida) produced 28 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists and his fellow American import Markel Brown (191-92, college: OK State) added 21 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
