Finals Game 4: AEK - Promitheas 95-72
Date: June 9, 2021
AEK earned A1 Bronze. They rallied past Promitheas in Game 4 to step onto the pedestal. The game was mostly controlled by AEK. Promitheas managed to win third quarter 21-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. AEK looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Daryl Macon (190-95, college: Arkansas) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and Lithuanian forward Jonas Maciulis (198-85) who added 9 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side the former international forward Dimitris Agravanis (208-94, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 17 points and the former international guard Michalis Lountzis (195-98, agency: Network Sports International) scored 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
