We should mention about the upset which took place in Evreux, where 11th ranked ALM Evreux (17-18) lost at home to fourteenth ranked SPO Rouen (12-18) 80-85 on Friday. SPO Rouen looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Naturalized Algerian point guard Samir Mekdad (191-86) stepped up and scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and guard Benoit Injai (186-97) chipped in 17 points and 6 assists. At the losing side forward Dylan Affo Mama (196-99) responded with 25 points and 8 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) and American-Cuban swingman Yunio Barrueta (193-93, college: Barry, agency: Inception Sports) scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. SPO Rouen maintains fourteenth place with 12-18 record. ALM Evreux lost fourth consecutive game.
