Regular Season Round 5: Poitiers - Cergy-Pontoise 67-53

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both seventh ranked Poitiers and 5th ranked Pontoise had identical 2-2 record. This time Poitiers used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Cergy 67-53 on Saturday night. Poitiers forced 22 Pontoise turnovers. Croatian Lovro Mazalin (204-97) nailed 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and American swingman Marcus Relphorde (198-88, college: Colorado) accounted for 9 points and 6 assists. Naturalized Senegalese forward Antoine Mendy (198-83, agency: Interperformances) came up with 12 points and 6 rebounds and American point guard Vinnie Shahid (180-98, college: NDSU) added 13 points respectively for Pontoise in the defeat. Newly promoted Pontoise dropped to the seventh position with three games lost. They share it with 4 other teams.
