Regular Season Round 10: Mulhouse - Besancon 81-64

Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Mulhouse (7-3) won against at home 13th ranked Besancon (2-8) 81-64 on Friday. Mulhouse looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Bahamas forward Willis Mackey (203-96, college: UNOH, agency: Duran International) scored 23 points and 9 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and Spanish center Victor Serrano (210-89) chipped in 14 points and 15 rebounds during the contest. Four Mulhouse players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Valentin Vitale-Boiteux (187-1) responded with 18 points and Lithuanian point guard Dovydas Redikas (193-92) scored 7 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Mulhouse have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place in Group B, which they share with Boulogne and Lyon CTC. Besancon lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with eight games lost. Mulhouse will meet GET Vosges (#14) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Besancon will play against SOPCC in Pont de Cheruy and hope to secure a win.
