Very predictable result in Kavalaa where second ranked Enosi Kavalas (4-1) smashed bottom-ranked Napfliou (0-4) 86-66 on Saturday. They outrebounded Napfliou 38-25 including 26 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was guard Vasilis Zarkadoulas (190-1) who scored 23 points and 6 rebounds. Point guard Konstantinos Abatzas (188-93) chipped in 20 points and 6 assists. Athanasios Tsagdis produced 25 points and Montenegrin forward Igor Cvorovic (206-96) added 16 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Enosi Kavalas maintains second place with 4-1 record having just one point less than leader Karditsas, which they share with Psychiko. Loser Napfliou still closes the standings with four games lost.
