Very expected game when bottom-ranked Biella (0-6) lost on the road to third ranked Torino (5-1) 68-64 on Sunday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Center Giordano Pagani (205-98) notched 12 points and 7 rebounds to lead the effort and American power forward Devon Scott (206-94, college: Dayton) supported him with 10 points and 9 rebounds. Even 21 points and 6 rebounds by American Steven Davis (203-93, college: Wright St., agency: Players Group) did not help to save the game for Biella. Torino moved-up to second place in A2. Loser Biella still closes the standings with six games lost. Torino will meet at home Piacenza (#8) in the next round where they are favorite. Biella will play against Treviglio (#6) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
