Very expected game in Aigaleo where 9th ranked Ionikos (2-5) was crushed by fifth ranked Promitheas (5-2) 88-65 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Promitheas. Ionikos managed to win fourth quarter 12-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. Promitheas outrebounded Ionikos 38-24 including a 33-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Ionikos' players. The former international forward Dimitris Agravanis (208-94, agency: Octagon Europe) fired a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Promitheas moved-up to third place, which they share with Kolossos HH. Loser Ionikos dropped to the tenth position with five games lost.
