Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both third ranked Vigevano and 4th placed Pavia had identical 5-1 record. This time Vigevano used a home court advantage and outplayed the opponent from Pavia 82-58 on Sunday night. They outrebounded Pavia 36-25 including 27 on the defensive glass. Vigevano looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Vigevano (6-1) moved-up to second place in B, which they share with Cividale. Loser Pavia dropped to the third position with two games lost. They share it with 4 other teams. Vigevano will meet Legnano K. (#4) on the road in the next round. Pavia will play against the league's leader San Miniato and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
