Regular Season Round 5: TSU - Kutaisi 73-90

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of TSU (4-1) in Tbilisi on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by Kutaisi (4-0) 90-73. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of TSU. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The guests trailed by 7 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-73. Kutaisi dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to TSU's 34. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists.
