Undefeated leader MBK delivered the ninth consecutive victory. This time they crushed 7th ranked Slovan B. (1-8) 105-34 in Ruzomberok. MBK held Slovan B. to an opponent 22.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 55.6 percent accuracy of the winners. MBK forced 29 Slovan B. turnovers and outrebounded them 51-22 including a 32-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Slovan B.'s players. MBK brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. It was a good game for Polish forward Paula Tarnachowicz (188-91, college: UMass) who led her team to a victory with 14 points and 9 rebounds. American forward Marte Grays (188-96, college: DePaul) contributed with 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Five MBK players scored in double figures. Center Ema Mihaljevicova (180-97) answered with 9 points and 10 rebounds and Lucia Luttmerdingova (174-99) added 11 points in the effort for Slovan B.The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
