Guard Ido Davidi (192-96) helped adding 19 points. At the losing side the former international Elishay Kadir (202-87, agency: Avi Zilberman) responded with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and American Storm Warren (211-88, college: LSU) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Five E.Ashkelon players scored in double figures. E.Ashkelon's coach Amit Tamir tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. The victory was the third consecutive win for E.Kiryat Ata. They moved-up to third place, which they share with I.Ramat Gan. E.Ashkelon at the other side keeps the fifth position with three games lost. They share it with H.Afula. E.Kiryat Ata will meet M.Haifa (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. E.Ashkelon will play against M.Hod Hasharon (#15) and hope to secure a win.
