Very expected game when 6th ranked Olomouc Bbal (4-7) lost at home to top-ranked Svitavy (11-0) 95-77 on Friday. Svitavy dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Olomouc Bbal's 36. Svitavy forced 22 Olomouc Bbal turnovers and outrebounded them 35-21 including 21 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The winners were led by the former international guard Pavel Slezak (186-84) who scored that evening 27 points and 4 assists and forward Jan Hlobil (201-97) supported him with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists.
