Regular Season Round 9: ENAD - Achilleas K. 74-77

A very close game took place in Nicosia between Achilleas K. and ENAD. Tenth ranked Achilleas K. (3-6) got a very close victory on the road over 12th ranked ENAD (1-8). Achilleas K. managed to escape with a 3-point win 77-74 on Saturday evening. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 25-17. But ENAD won second period 19-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American forward Elvis Harvey (203-97, college: Nicholls St.) stepped up and scored 22 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import guard Isiah Brown (188, college: Weber St.) chipped in 15 points and 6 assists. The best for the losing side was Finnish guard Kalin Fisher (188-96, college: Hampton) with 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American power forward Jarett Croff (208-94, college: AUM, agency: Haylett Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds. Four ENAD players scored in double figures. Achilleas K. moved-up to ninth place, which they share with APOP. ENAD lost their third game in a row. ENAD at the other side, also newcomer in the league, stay at the bottom position with eight games lost. Achilleas K. will meet at home APOP (#10) in the next round. ENAD will play against Keravnos and hope to win that game.
