The most shocking disappointment of round 8 was a home defeat of 6th ranked ADA Blois (4-4) to seventh ranked Nantes (5-3) 68-56. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Charles Thomas (202-86, college: Arkansas) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 7 rebounds and DR Congolese forward Jonathan Kasibabu (203-96, college: Fairfield) who added 12 points and 11 rebounds during the contest.
