Very expected game when 8th ranked Yalovaspor (2-6) was defeated at home by top-ranked Anadolu Efes (8-0) 84-77 on Monday. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Zekeriya Tekin (184-4) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 4 assists and Baha Korkmaz (-4) who added 14 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Anadolu Efes' coach Sezai Mermi used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Yunus Severoglu (-3) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists and Umut Ucak (-4) scored 22 points and 6 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Anadolu Efes maintains first position in League with 8-0 record. Newly promoted Yalovaspor keeps the eighth place with six games lost.
