Rather expected game when 6th ranked Berlin BG 2000 (6-6) was defeated at home by third ranked Westerstede (10-3) 60-54 on Saturday. Westerstede forced 21 Berlin BG 2000 turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Westerstede made 10 blocks. Center Norris Agbakoko (216-0) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 6 blocks for the winners and Jerry Ndhine (198-2) chipped in 18 points and 8 rebounds. Westerstede's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
