We should mention about the upset which took place in Madrid, where higher ranked Tenerife (8-6) lost to fifteenth ranked Fuenlabrada (5-9) in a road game 96-104 on Saturday. Fuenlabrada dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Tenerife's 20 and made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. Five Fuenlabrada and four Tenerife players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Fuenlabrada have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Tenerife lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth position with six games lost.
