Astrali dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Gulf's 30 and had 26 for 35 from the free-throw line, while Gulf only scored two points from the stripe. They outrebounded Gulf 60-35 including a 41-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Astrali looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Gulf's players. 25 personal fouls committed by Gulf helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for American guard AJ Mosby (190-96, college: Alcorn St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Giorgi Metskhovrishvili (191-99) helped adding 26 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Astrali players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Saba Nergadze (182-92) with 26 points and point guard Luka Tsirekidze (181-1) scored 10 points and 8 rebounds. Gulf's coach Kakhaber Sirbilashvili gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
