Rather expected game when 5th ranked Boras Basket (10-9) was defeated on the road by third ranked BC Lulea (14-6) 89-84. They made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for American guard DeRiante Jenkins (196-96, college: VCU) who led the winners and scored 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. American-Latvian center Andrew Smith (205-92, college: Liberty) accounted for 13 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side. Five BC Lulea players scored in double figures. American point guard Siyani Chambers (183-93, college: Harvard) came up with 28 points and the former international point guard Andreas Person (190-91) added 22 points respectively for Boras Basket in the defeat. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for BC Lulea. They maintain third place with 14-6 record having just one point less than leader Norrkoping. Boras Basket lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the fifth position with nine games lost. BC Lulea will play against league's second-placed KFUM Jamtland in Ostersund in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Boras Basket will play on the road against Koping Stars and hopes to get back on the winning track.
