There was a surprise result when thirteenth ranked TED Ankara (6-9) defeated on the road higher ranked Mamak (9-6) 77-63 on Saturday. TED Ankara looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for American point guard Keshun Sherrill (175-94, college: Augusta) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points. The former international point guard Kevin Kaspar (183-92, college: WKU) helped adding 11 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. Four TED Ankara players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American center Chance Comanche (211-96, college: Arizona) with 13 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import point guard Marlain Veal (175-96, college: SE Louisiana) scored 9 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Mamak's coach Murat Dikmen rotated eleven players and allowed the starting five to rest. TED Ankara moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Mamak keeps the seventh position with six games lost.
