Regular Season Round 15: Vysocina - Zlin 74-64

There was a minor upset when 8th ranked Zlin (3-10) lost to tenth ranked Vysocina (3-13) in Jihlava 64-74 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for center Jaroslav Kubin (205-0) who led the winners and scored 21 points and 7 rebounds. Point guard Matej Dana (190-3) accounted for 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Center Tomas Voslajer (211-90) came up with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 15 rebounds and swingman Daniel Szarowski (182-99) added 17 points respectively for Zlin in the defeat. Vysocina moved-up to ninth place. Zlin lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the eighth position with ten games lost. Vysocina will meet higher ranked Novy Jicin (#4) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Zlin will play against Olomouc Bbal (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
