Rather expected game in Paris where 13th ranked CFBB (5-13) was defeated by eleventh ranked Besancon (6-11) 65-58 on Friday. The best player for the winners was guard Tom Foucault (191-94) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Valentin Vitale-Boiteux (187-1) chipped in 19 points. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Mael Hamon-Crespin (207-4) who recorded 9 points and 7 rebounds and forward Noah Penda (199-5) added 10 points respectively. CFBB's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Besancon moved-up to ninth place in Group B, which they share with SOPCC. Loser CFBB keeps the thirteenth position with 13 games lost. Besancon will meet at home league's leader Caen in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. CFBB will play against Andrezieux (#5) and hope to secure a win.
