There was a minor upset when 9th ranked Besancon (7-12) was edged on the road by eleventh ranked Kaysersberg (7-13) 74-72 on Tuesday. The winners were led by naturalized Ivorian point guard Maxence Dadiet (192-99) who scored that evening 24 points and 5 assists and guard Yanik Blanc (188-99) supported him with 16 points and 4 assists. Even 28 points and 6 rebounds by guard Tom Foucault (191-94) did not help to save the game for Besancon. Power forward Luidgy Laporal (206-95, college: SFU) added 8 points and 8 rebounds for the guests. Besancon's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Kaysersberg maintains eleventh position in Group B with 7-13 record. Loser Besancon dropped to the tenth place with 12 games lost.
