Regular Season Round 15: BAC - Wolfpack 103-74

No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked BAC (7-8) crushed 8th ranked Wolfpack (4-11) in Aarhus 103-74 on Friday. BAC dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Wolfpack's 34. They outrebounded Wolfpack 39-28 including 16 on the offensive glass. BAC looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American center Keane Thomann (211-89, college: MSSU) who led the winners and scored 15 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Mads Hansen (190-2) accounted for 19 points for the winning side. Point guard Andreas Mortensen (190-1) came up with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international forward Leonardo Carlino (198-0) added 15 points respectively for Wolfpack in the defeat. Four Wolfpack players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. BAC maintains sixth place with 7-8 record. Wolfpack lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 11 games lost. BAC will meet higher ranked Horsens IC (#5) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Wolfpack will have a break next round.
