Everything went according to plan when second ranked Cremona (14-3) beat on the road 14th ranked Olginate (4-12) 79-70 on Saturday. Cremona looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Jacopo Preti (200-94) who scored 29 points and 5 rebounds. Marco Bona (189-89) chipped in 10 points and 8 assists. Power forward Giacomo Maspero (204-92) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 14 rebounds and point guard Valerio Cucchiaro (185-1, agency: Players Group) added 10 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for the hosts. Cremona maintains second place with 14-3 record having just one point less than leader Cividale. Olginate lost their eighth game in a row. They dropped to the fifteenth position with 12 games lost.
