Turk Telekom (#5) was upset in Ankara by eighth ranked Bursaspor 71-64. They dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared to Turk Telekom's 16. Eren Cinar (-3) nailed 28 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and Alper Demiralay (-4) accounted for 10 points and 5 rebounds. Bursaspor's coach Serhan Kavut allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Point guard Batuhan Acar (179-2) came up with 27 points and 7 rebounds and Ahmet Gunes (-4) added 11 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists respectively for Turk Telekom in the defeat. Bursaspor (6-11) moved-up to seventh place in League. Turk Telekom at the other side keeps the fifth position with eight games lost. Bursaspor will play against higher ranked Galatasaray (#3) in Istanbul in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Turk Telekom will play on the road against Yalovaspor and hopes to get back on the winning track.
