Regular Season Round 15: SBBK - Aros 91-97

Very expected game in Sodertalje where 8th ranked SBBK (2-8) was defeated by second ranked Aros (11-2) 97-91 on Sunday. Aros shot 66.0 percent from the field. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 58.3 percentage. The best player for the winners was guard Oskar Ekh (190-99) who scored 44 points (!!!) (on 16-of-17 shooting from the field). Simon Wahlberg chipped in 20 points. At the other side the best for losing team was guard William Kermoury (192-4) who recorded 49 points (!!!) and Teodor Manfredsson added 8 points respectively. SBBK's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Aros. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Tureberg. Newly promoted SBBK keeps the eighth place with eight games lost. Aros will meet at home Haga BG (#7) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. SBBK will play against the league's second-placed Djurgarden and hope to secure a win.
