Everything went according to plan in Paris where ninth ranked SO Maritime Boulogne (10-12) outscored 11th ranked CFBB (7-17) 79-44 on Tuesday. SO Maritime Boulogne shot 24 for 34 from the free-throw line, while CFBB only scored six points from the stripe. They outrebounded CFBB 37-25 including a 31-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. SO Maritime Boulogne looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by CFBB's players. The best player for the winners was American swingman Wendell Davis (197-95, college: Ashland, agency: Duran International) who scored 20 points. Matthias Flosse (210-98) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds. Four SO Maritime Boulogne players scored in double figures.
